The estate exceeds 13,000 square feet of indoor space with 13 bedrooms (5 king/6 queen/2 twin bunk), 11 full bathrooms and an extra (Event) room that can be used however you like.
The property lies on 7 acres of land, allowing for ample parking of 100 cars or more, with an additional 20+ places to park on paved areas.
We are situated about a 20 minute drive from Nashville.
The entire house has undergone extensive renovations incorporating modern design and contemporary features with a wide array of amenities for you to enjoy during your stay.
To begin with, every bedroom has been outfitted with memory-foam mattresses to ensure that you wake up each morning feeling fresh and rejuvenated after a restful night’s sleep. There is no shortage of super-soft bedding and pristine clean towels to make you feel like royalty when using our state-of-the-art facilities.
Throughout the house you’ll find wireless internet along with thirteen large-screen cable televisions–four of them featuring 4K ultra-HD resolution providing an immersive experience for watching movies, concerts or sporting events with all your friends and family.
2 separate kitchens contain everything you need to serve meals comfortably, while a gas grill located outside will allow you to throw a full-on barbecue as you soak up the sun and celebrate your event.
Whenever you feel like cooling off you can jump in the large (Heated) swimming pool (separate charge for Heated pool use) equipped with 2 slides (one short, one 60-foot long {Long Slide Available May-October}), or for a more laid-back setting, you can take a dip in the relaxing hot tub, perfect for enjoying the outdoor scenery at nighttime.
