Whole House Renovation with Additions- Completed in 2012; Originally designed and built by the Owner's Father, the existing house is sited on a large, beautiful, wooded lot, but had become quite outdated in appearance and ammenities. A series of three additions, transformation of the carport into an Entry/Mudroom area, and a complete interior remodelling of the existing house transformed this home into a modern and spacious habitat for the new generation's family. Constructed by Hemby Custom Homes.

Located in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico; A "once in a lifetime" opportunity: Conceptual design and design development was by Bill Ellison - Caddworks, Inc. collaborating with the Maryland-based Client. Engineered Construction Drawings completed by the Design-Build Contrator in Mexico.
Construction completed in 2006.
An opportunity of a lifetime...The Client rewarded Bill with a free week's stay to see and experience the finished product with friends.
