This is the honest truth!! In case you missed it on 60 Minutes, this is what Andy Rooney thought about women near or over 50:

“As I grow in age, I value women near or over 50 most of all. Here are just a few reasons why:

A woman near or over 50 will never wake you in the middle of the night and ask, 'What are you thinking?' She doesn't care what you think.

If a woman near or over 50 doesn't want to watch the game, she doesn't sit around whining about it. She does something she wants to do, and it's usually more interesting.

Women near or over 50 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot or stab you if they think they can get away with it.

Older women are generous with praise, often undeserved. They know what it's like to be unappreciated.

Women get psychic as they age. You never have to confess your sins to a woman near or over 50.

Once you get past a wrinkle or two, a woman near or over 50 is far sexier than her younger counterpart.

Older women are forthright and honest. They'll tell you right off if you are a jerk, if you are acting like one. You don't ever have to wonder where you stand with her.

Yes, we praise women near or over 50 for a multitude of reasons.

My Italian Beef Meatloaf
This meatloaf will feed 6-8 people or make it and save the leftovers for the best meatloaf sandwich you’ve ever had.
You'll need-
•2-lbs 80/20 ground chuck
•1/2-cup of minced onion
•2-garlic cloves minced
•1/2-cup minced celery
•1/4-cup minced carrot
•1/2-tsp dry rosemary
•1/4-cup red wine
•1/2-cup grated pecorino romano
•1-tsp salt
•2-tbs tomato paste
•1-large egg
•1/2-cup bread crumbs
•2-tbs butter
Topping mix together-
•4-tbs tomato paste
•2-tbs brown sugar
•2-tbs red wine or balsamic vinegar

1-add the butter to a skillet put the heat to medium when it begins to bubble add the onion, celery, carrots, garlic and sauté this for 10 minutes. Remove to a plate place in the fridge to cool
2-when the vegetables are cool add them to a large bowl with the balance of the meatloaf ingredients (except the topping) mix well by hand.
3-form into a loaf place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4-Place in a 375 degree pre heated oven at 30 minutes spread the topping on continue to bake for an additional 30 minutes or until done. Done would be when a meat themometer registers an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
5-Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before enjoying

Leftovers are delicious too, make a meatloaf sandwich just add a little butter to a non stick skillet and fry up a couple slices and serve on your favorite bread.

Nice tip~
If you eat fruit, don't throw seeds and kernels in the trash. Wash and dry them. Put them in a box and put it in the car. When you're on the road, throw them through the window in places where there are no trees. Nature itself will take care of them. Or throw it out during a walk or bike ride. This practice has been around for centuries in Asian countries. That is why their fruits are now growing everywhere. I would like to add that I have seen a similar phenomenon in Slovenia. While walking through the forest on the slope of the mountain around the city, I was surprised to find apple trees, apricots, plums and pears growing in the forest. Just pull and eat as much as you want.
