Fredericksburg Juniors was founded in 1995 to provide a volleyball opportunity for young athletes. Our goals include:
-Developing players into responsible and well rounded student athletes.
-Skill and team development.
-Opportunities for athletes to compete at the collegiate level.
-An affordable and enjoyable experience for the athlete and their family.
-Committed and talented coaches. We try to

provide a learning experience for the whole family. Our coaching staff is the best in the area. We have received "Best in the Burg" 3 years in a row!

Beginner/Intermediate program now forming!!!!!

In this three-week program you will learn the basics of volleyball and also continue to improve your current skill level. Intrasquad scrimmages will also be provided to develop an understanding of the game strategy. The program will begin January 8th and end on January 23rd. The session will be every Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00 P.M.-7:30 P.M. or 7:30 P.M.-9:00 P.M. You will be assigned a set time for the three weeks. The goal of the Rec league is to learn new skills, improve your current skills, meet new friends, and enjoy participating in the sport of volleyball. Players will learn the basic skills and rules of the game using drill work and will gain knowledge of the court. League teams will have one practice during the week (1.5 hours) and one match on Saturday. Go to www.fjvcva.org and click on the Rec League Tab.

FJVC FALL REC LEAGUE NOW FORMING.
GO TO www.fjvcva.org TO REGISTER!!!!!

The goal of the Rec league is to learn new skills, improve your current skills, meet new friends, and enjoy participating in the sport of volleyball. Players will learn the basic skills and rules of the game using drill work and will gain knowledge of the court. League teams will have one practice during the week(1.5 hours) and one match on Saturday starting between 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. Practices can be on Tuesday-Thursday depending on the number of teams that are formed. Practice will be from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Registration will end on September 29th. Team information will be communicated the week of September 30th. Practices will begin the week of October 7th. The League will run through November 23rd.

In this six-week program you will learn the basics of volleyball and also continue to improve your current skill level. The goal of the Rec league is to learn new skills, improve your current skills, meet new friends, and enjoy participating in the sport of volleyball. Players will learn the basic skills and rules of the game using drill work and will gain knowledge of the court. League teams will have 1 practice (1.5 hours) and one match during the week (Saturday). Practices may be on Monday-Thursday depending on the number of teams that are formed. Registration will end on January 14th. Team information will be communicated the week of January 15th. Practices will begin the week of January 22nd . All participants will receive a FJVC team

$75 Discount for Head Coach with children participating.
