Fredericksburg's 55 Nights of Fredericksburg Lights is officially open! It runs through Jan 6. Visitors enjoy a 10-minute audio program, including traditional holiday music and a brief history of the iconic 26-foot German Christmas Pyramid and Community Christmas Tree. The audio program will conclude with a grand finale countdown to the illumination of all of Marktplatz.

Visitors and locals can witness the countdown each evening, while also enjoying the other activities in and around Fredericksburg’s historic Main Street, including shopping at boutique shops and art galleries, dining on creative culinary offerings, tasting award-winning wine along the town’s Urban Wine Trail, and even ice skating on Marktplatz at Eisbahn.

Did you know!?!? We've been working hard at Studio B on our second back building turning it into three brand new suites holding either several groups of 2-6 people or one large group of 14-16! It's been a long time coming and a lot of hard work! We're shooting for a grand opening after the new year! Can't wait!

Jim and his family have stayed with us during the Gillespie County fair for the last three years. They celebrate Jim’s birthday with a catered meal and a mariachi band. At 88 years old, Jim has only missed two Gillespie County fairs in his lifetime. How fun is that!
