Still on the lookout for our winter tenant for the season (Jan-April). This would be perfect for a forest service/ government detailer in the area, a great space for traveling medical professionals or someone in need of short term (month to month) housing.

3bd 2ba ranch style, fully furnished, ALL utilities paid. We maintain and plow the drive (tenant responsible for shoveling walk). Up to 2 dogs welcome (no cats), 3 acre pasture available also for up to 3 horses.
