D'Amber's place is everything people look for in an Airbnb rental. It is the cutest, most comfortable, private, clean, nicely-decorated small apartment!!!

Location: This private apartment is located in a very nice area of Fresno. It is located in a very upscale residential areas in between beautiful houses. It is centrally located to many shops and shopping centers, restaurants, parks, hospitals, movie theather, and other entertainment options. If you are new to the California area, it is very close to Sequoia National Park and Yosemite. You are a few hours away from Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Most importantly for me, it is in the safest neighborhood of Fresno. It is a very family-oriented area which I love.

Amenities: The apartment itself comes with everything you need to stay here for months. It has a large living and dining room area. The kitchen is a decent size. Bedroom is very comfortable with a very big closet. The bathroom is large and the laundry room is comfortable with tons of cabinets and compartments for storage. Outside the apartment, you have a small porch with a big table and barbecue for afternoons or weekend grilling. Also, you have access to a small work-out area with a treadmill and weights if you're into fitness. The apartment has a HUGE flat screen tv with many channels, a conventional oven, coffee maker, microwave, modern refrigerator, washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, even laundry detergent. The air conditioner works fantastic. The kitchen has everything from wine glasses to cooking utensils, pots and pans. Not only does this place have everything you need for comfort but it is decorated beautifully. The listing is true to it's pictures and I would say in person it's even cuter. It has this chic decor which makes you feel at home. There's plenty of lighting. There's double doors for extra security. It's just perfect. Parking is not an issue, there's plenty of outdoor street parking for one or even two cars.

Price: Price is reasonable for this area. The home comes with everything you will need so there's no extra spending. You have it all!!! I find it of great cost.

Overall experience: If you're considering coming to Fresno for a short-stay or for months as a business or leisure traveler, this is the most amazing place. You'll feel at home. D'Amber makes the moving process so easy and pleasant. She is a beyond wonderful person who's willing to help with anything.
