The BTB & NFAA 1 Arrow 3D National Championship! April 15 and 16th, 2023

BTB (Break the Barriers) & the NFAA are committed to providing a challenging and exciting 3D National Championship. Number one, we are focused on the archers experience. Our goal is to grow BTB’s outreach and increase the NFAA’s membership. The tournament has had

a history of five plus years to get to this next level. This is a ONE arrow known distance with 102 3D Delta McKenzie targets. Orange dots on the twelve ring for an aiming reference. The 1 arrow format allows the archer to shoot many more 3d targets within one day, removing back ups and improving the overall experience. This is the BTB & NFAA 3D National Championship. We will be hosting at the same tournament three additional championships. These events are optional and not required to shoot the individual NFAA 3D National Championship. Trained and certified by Olympic two time silver medalist, Jake Kaminski, Break the Barriers provides Junior Olympic Archery Development Classes to youth, U.S.A. certified archery to adults, a free archery program for veterans who train year around and compete in the Valor Games, the Wheelchair Games, the Senior Games, the Paralympics and tournaments throughout California and Nevada. Break the Barriers provides free archery classes for at-risk youth and students who are blind and visually impaired.

Start time is at 9 am. On Sunday start time is at 8 am sharp. About $20,000 in raffle items. All proceeds benefit two amazing non-profits.

Here it is! The new 3D Championship range map and 2024 yardage. A few shooting distances may be changed-due to terrain. If so, we will update those changes 2 weeks before the tournament.
All the range improvements have been made.
Archers trails are further away from the roads and archers will not share the dirt roads with vehicles. This will reduce the dust immensely. Shorter day shooting Sunday. This will end the tournament by noon.
Shoot off’s target has been moved so the Shoot offs will not interfere with archers leaving the parking lot. A new awards podium has been built. Once scores are in, archers that podium can get their award and head for home or take pictures (if they like). Option to shoot in 2 person teams-Jr Teams, Adults all the way up to Master senior. These are all National Championships. Also added is two Trad Team & Compound Team. The “Open” team events are for higher buy in and shooting for contigency money. The other is for buckles only.
You definitely want to make this NFAA 1-arrow National Championship!

DUE TO THE ORDER EXTENSION OF COVID-19 THROUGH THE END OF MAY THE BTB & NFAA 3D OPEN WILL BE POSTPONED TO A SEPTEMBER OR OCTOBER DATE. TBA. OUR GOAL IS TO ABSOLUTELY HAVE THIS TOURNAMENT. Start time approximately 8:00 a.m. both days. This will be the 5th annual and still the first tournament of it's kind featuring 102 3D life size Delta McKenzie targets in an inclusive environment.
