Universal Orlando Resort has taken another step in making accessibility accommodations an even more painless process!

"Upon arrival at the park, the IAC cardholder will present the valid IAC to Guest Services in a dedicated IAC fulfillment location to receive their attraction queue accommodation."

That's right, there is now a dedicated guest services window at both Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Orlando to fulfill these requests! So, the process is still the same.

Go online and apply (free) for an IBCCES card. Once approved, Guest Services will call to go over the specifics and inform the guest of what accommodations we are going to have ready for them.

Then when they get here, instead of standing in the Guest Services line (which can get long) they can look for an IAC fulfillment window for much quicker service!

Don't forget, when in doubt ask, there are always a few Team Members to assist in front of the building, out by the lines. They can show you which window it is, if you missed it.
