Home Study Experts was founded by Jennifer Beardman, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Elisabeth Hotchkiss, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Elisabeth Hotchkiss, LMFT, is an established psychotherapist who has one of the highest outcome statistics in a company with over 400 employees. Elisabeth’s expertise includes active parenting from strength based perspective, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and strategic interventions from a systemic approach. Besides her excellent clinical experience, she has a background in hospitality management, planning, and service demonstrating her ability to accommodate any demographic effortlessly. Jennifer Beardman, LMHC has over 10 years of professional experience in the adoption field as well as treating infertility issues in the private practice setting. Her extensive work in the field with birth mothers as well as providing services to adoptive families provided the insight to what other adoption agencies offer, and what was lacking in their services and abilities. Jennifer has also managed multiple clinical entities supervising a range from 15 to 35 employees in various positions as well as has experience in marketing and public relations for Ernst & Young, a fortune 500 company. The partnership was created from their passion to deliver an exclusive experience while continuously evolving to tailor the needs of every customer. Jennifer and Elisabeth have demonstrated competence in their clinical skills from a one-on-one setting to working within the system of large scale agencies.
