What an honor, we post this with gratitude! 🏡❤️

Life has its ups and downs and last week I lost the ability to sleep, eat and smile. Internalised pain has a way of manifesting through our bodies.
I immediately deleted all my social media apps and went into the mountains for lots of running, swimming in lakes, long drives and silence. I always want to be truthful to you guys and posting positive, happy content when I know that’s not how I’m feeling is toxic for all of us, so instead I stepped away.
Truthfully I’m not 100% now and I’m still struggling to feel love for myself. But I’m a work in progress and every day I’m closer to the person I want to be. Anyway, for those of you who are struggling, I highly recommend turning off your phone, listening to your thoughts and immersing in nature. This life is more beautiful with you in it ❤️
