Join us for our third annual HAUNTED GALENA CONFERENCE as we once again take over the haunted DeSoto House Hotel. This year offers some new speakers and authors, investigations, and after hours events. We are featuring some of the best Authors and Paranormal Researchers in the field. Get up close and personal at this conference of hauntings, the paranormal, the unexplained, and the curious. This year we are excited to again offer a Sunday tour of Galena's historic Greenwood Cemetery, where you can walk with the spirits. This is a small, intimate conference so tickets are limited.

The DeSoto House.
In the 1850s because of the economic boom the Hotel was born. A group of local investors formed the “Galena Hotel Company” and built a grande Hotel.
Named for the discoverer of the Mississippi River the DeSoto House opened on April 9, 1855, and was billed as the “largest hotel in the west”.
