The Sea Star by the Sea: Month-to-month lease option

Unit 1: The upstairs is a 2 bedroom with 1 large bathroom.
Monthly rate $1,850. Includes utilities (gas, water/sewage/trash, electric, strong wifi, YouTube TV). This was a vacation rental so it’s fully furnished down to the pots and pans, silverware, bathroom towels, beach towels, etc. Washer/dryer

Unit 2: The downstairs is one true bedroom with bunks in the front. However, you get the back yard amenities and a larger kitchen with 1 and ½ baths.
Monthly rate $1,950. Includes utilities (gas, water/sewage/trash, electric, strong wifi, YouTube TV). This was a vacation rental so it’s fully furnished down to the pots and pans, silverware, bathroom towels, beach towels, etc. Washer/dryer
The back yard amenities include a deck with electric plug and lights on a timer and a gas grill.

The direct booking site uses Stripe payment, which is essentially like pay pal and connected with the square app payment method.

Sea Star is a historical house tucked away in the Silk Stocking District on Avenue P between 25th and 24th. This vacation rental is located just off the Mardi Gras route, Trolley line, and Lone Star Rally. Come join us in these fun events on the island. We hope to host you for your winter stay at a reduced rate for Monthly and Weekly stays. It is just a few short blocks and a 10 minute walk from the Seawall / beach and Pleasure Pier on 25th Street. There are a ton of amenities so just bring your flip flops and sense of adventure. This cozy house features 1,250 square feet of private space if you’re booking up or down. Both units are PAW-Approved! Pet Friendly owner.

The downstairs unit comes with a little more, larger kitchen, beach cart, deck, cold/hot outdoor shower, fenced yard, and a gas grill. ✔Clawfoot soaking tub, ½ bath
