We are so excited to get back up and running! Everything is brand new including A/C system, sheet rock, fencing, flooring, etc. This beautifully appointed home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths upstairs and a convenient ground level bathroom, all newly renovated! Come check out our brand-new kitchen set up with all new appliances. This includes a Keurig Dual coffee maker, huge refrigerator, microwave,
glass stove top, crockpot, blender, and so much more! Table seating for 6-8 guests to dine with your close ones! Work from home but on vacation at the same time? No worries, we got you covered with our brand-new designated office area still convenient for you and your family! You must check out our beautiful sliding door to the upstairs deck! Our living room is now seated with movie theater seating, a brand-new pull-out couch for those extra guests or just a fun movie night, an 86" flat screen tv mounted on our beautiful accent wall, and a sound bar to enhance your movie experience. Our rental sleeps 6-8 guest comfortably (including our pull-out couch.) Each bedroom has a flat screen tv, a queen size bed and storage for your belongings. The master bedroom is met with a wet room bathroom and provided are robs for our guest as well as towels. The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower. Downstairs is our lovely half bathroom where you will be able to wash your belongings in our brand-new stackable washer/dryer. We have beautiful outdoor seating both downstairs by the canal and upstairs on our deck. Enjoy the hot water outdoor covered shower that will make you never want to shower indoors again! Our storage room holds all of our bikes, fishing gear, crab traps, and lifejackets. There is a refrigerator in there as well to put all of your bait and drinks in. We do provide kayaks/paddle boards and also have a boat lift for anyone wanting to bring their boat! (BOAT PERMIT provided by homeowner to launch in the city-$10/day.) There is a gas grill downstairs on our patio for that perfect family cookout, paired with a propane burner with a stock pot for a memorable shrimp boil. (We DO NOT provide propane, but you are more than welcome to exchange our tanks at the corner store.) Have a fur baby? Please let us know! We have installed a doggy door upstairs for your convenience! Our yard is fully fenced in except for around the canal. There are underwater lights in the canal for the night fishing/night swimming experience!
