Four Palms is a spacious 5 bedroom raised beach house features a fully-equipped granite kitchen complete with microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Hardwood floors throughout the first floor, 3 master suites…one with a whirlpool bath tub. The bedrooms each feature 42” inch screen TVs. A DVD player along with Wi-Fi service are provided. Sleeping

accommodations include King (3), Queen size beds (2), full size (2). Cool off after a long day at the beach in the 9x20 private pool. Property also features two covered porches. Electronic door locks with secure private pass codes. Guests have access to our locked storage under the house to store your bikes, golf clubs or beach gear. Walk to the beach or take the included golf cart. Golf cart is great for getting around the area! Centrally located, in Garden City Beach, just 8 miles south of Myrtle Beach, easily accessible, but away from the crowds. For the golf enthusiasts several challenging golf courses are here for the choosing. Shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, and other necessities are all close at hand. The Garden City Pier is a short golf cart ride away with golf cart parking underneath. Here you will find fishing, tackle shop, arcade, live music, and awesome views! Grownups and kids alike will love it. Within minutes you can find mini golf, Kroger, Wal-Mart, Piggly Wiggly, Outback Steak, movie cinema, shopping, etc.. The home is less than five miles from Murrells Inlet Restaurant Row and Marsh walk, known for its fabulous seafood! This property is No smoking. Check-out cleaning service included. Bed linens are included. Saturday to Saturday rental. Maximum occupancy: 12. You must be 25 years or older.

Just a quick update for y’all on the Surfside Beach Pier rebuild! It looks to us like it’s coming along nicely, first picture is street view and the other two are beach view. We’ve also heard rumors that Painter’s Ice Cream is going to be one of the retail stores located on the Pier!!
