The mission of the GGCF is to help improve the quality-of-life in our community by providing opportunities for people of all ages and cultures to gather together." Since the 1990’s, Garden Grove has transformed itself from a bedroom

Your participation in this event is truly appreciated as we work to raise funds for the Garden Grove Community Foundation (GGCF) and provide a great way for our community to come together through amazing food and music. VENDOR INFORMATION-$200 donation to reserve your booth
All booth locations are pre-assigned on a first come first served basis;
Booth Load-in begins at 8 a.m. and must be completed by 1:30 p.m;
Booth break-down begins at 9:30 p.m. and must be completed by 11 p.m. Food Vendors Booth size-maximum-10’x10’, Fire Rated & 50LB sand/water bag on each post;
Vendors receive 10 passes to get in valued at $200. There is no guest list;
Vendors are required to supply all items for booth (tent, tables, chairs, decorations, storage, utensils, linens, refrigeration, propane warmers etc.), unless otherwise arranged in writing;
Please try to pre-cook food and use propane warmers; It’s possible to bring a generator, if necessary. Electrical will not be provided at the venue;
By participating this year you will be given the opportunity for First Choice booth placement for 2018 Taste of Garden Grove;
REQUIRED PARTICIPATION PAPERWORK
All food vendors must have valid Orange County Health Department Permit;
All vendors must have signed vendor agreement with LFA Group LLC to participate at the event;
All vendors must have provided proof of insurance with LFA Group LLC as additionally insured;
City of Garden Grove Business License;
FOOD “TASTES” / PRODUCT SAMPLINGS
Food vendors will offer a “Taste” to the public for 1-ticket. You are required to receive a ticket for each taste;
Plan to serve 700-900 people;
Food “Tastes” 3” or less in diameter. This is a “TASTE” NOT a “PLATE”
Food “Tastes” will be monitored by event staff;
Product sampling is offered at 1-ticket per sample;
No money is to exchange hands with the public and vendors
“Taste” tickets can be purchased at the designated ticket booths inside the event for $2 each;
VENDOR PASSES
Each participating vendor will receive 10 general admission tickets into the event valued at $200 that can be given or sold to your employees or guests. The early bird price is $200 to reserve a spot in the courtyard. Prime Spot with Limited Space Available!!! VENDOR PASSPORT PROGRAM
The Taste of Garden Grove is offering participants an opportunity to rate the vendors with a chance to win a $50 gift certificate to a Taste of Garden Grove participating food vendor of their choice. Taste of Garden Grove participants are asked to visit a minimum of six (6) booths in order to be eligible for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate. As the participants enjoy the fun, ask each vendor to stamp/sign your passport and rate them based on the assigned categories...Best Taste, Best Service/Attitude, Best Booth Design, Best Plating, Best Activity, Best Overall. Once the participants have their passport stamp/signature from at least six vendors, drop it in the box at the ticket booth and you’ll be eligible to win! Certificates will be awarded within a week after the event. The participant will be contacted via email/phone and asked to pick the vendor of your choice. We will then mail you your gift certificate.
