January, February and March are considered the slow season for the nightly rentals so a lot of owners use this slow time to stay in their homes and do updates, improvements and spring cleaning. We love our guest and want to make their stay the most comfortable and enjoyable so we ask for their requests. We used this weekend to fill some of those requests and do some planting. We planted 3 scarlet red crêpe myrtle trees, one blue spruce, and lots of bulbs around the big rock. We hung a birdfeeder and a bluebird house. Inside we took care of some guest requests. Full length mirror in the hall, towel hooks in the bathroom and privacy blinds and blackout curtains in both bedrooms. We were not happy with the comfort of the couch and switched the sofa bed out with a much more comfortable reclining sofa. I hope everyone enjoys the update as much as us and we can’t wait to come back in May to see the bulbs we planted today.
