Loan approved for phase II which includes a 4 bedroom/4 bath and two more 2br/2baths. Hopefully we begin in January. We will keep you posted here. For now we look forward to Christmas guests staying with us through the end of the year. We are booked up.

Home #3 going up! This 6 bedroom luxury home will have incredible views of Mt LeConte from every room in the house (except the bathrooms). Two decks, a spacious yard and as much outdoor space as indoor space. This one is going to be special.

Making progress at Deerview Trail Development. While we await the building permits from the city, we are opening up the entrance and laying lines for utilities.

Wanted to share some before and after of the former Deerview Trail to see which one you like better.

We do miss that fireplace but the good news is that the new Mountain Laurel Chalets' sign is being installed soon using these reclaimed stones that we found after the fires.
