📢 We’ve been getting A LOT of questions about our company since the recent rebranding. We figured we’d answer a few of them here! ⬇️

🔴 Why have you rebranded?
The Elite name has served us well so you may be wondering why the name change?! In truth, it's a few reasons, but most importantly, it captures what we do and how we’re growing.

🟡 Is there anything I need to do as a result of this change?
Aside from updating your records to reflect our name change, no other action is required. All invoices, purchases and other transactional communications from us will reflect & remind you to make note of our new company name.

🔴 I have a gift certificate for Elite Executive Transportation & Rentals, is it still valid?
Yes. All gift certificates whether purchased or received are still valid and will be honored by us, GoGeneva.

🟡 Has my point of contact changed?
No. You will continue to be supported by the same contacts. Our management team still consists of Rob Spencer & Rebekah Spencer. Our phone number remains the same- (440)-207-0809 and our employees have not changed.

🔴 Can I still connect with you on social media?
Yes. All of our social platforms have been updated to reflect our new name. Look out for notifications on those channels.

🟡 Will this impact your product and service offerings?
Our rebrand will not change the way we do business with you. We will continue to provide the most efficient and safe services to all of our clients. We have rebranded our vehicles to include our new company logo.

🔴 Where are you located?
We have relocated our office and fleet to spire_institute_academy, 5201 Spire Circle, Geneva OH 44041.

🟡 What about your golf carts?
At this time, we have sold our golf cart business. While we may return to this venture in the future we feel our attention is better served in perfecting other aspects of our business at this time.

🔴 What about your on demand taxi service?
While you may see us out offering on demand rides from time to time. We have shifted to a prescheduled, black car service. This allows us to offer our customer, more effective & efficient transportation.
