Tenant pays gas and electric in their name. Dog friendly at an extra fee. Internet and satellite available extra fee. Application and references required. $725 per month. Let there be light! A big thanks to Chris Pavlick’s hubs John for flying in like Superman and saving the day! It’s stuff to complete repairs or replacements in between check-ins and checkouts and John really came through for me. ❤️We are working on some other improvements, including new shower surround and kitchen cabinets. Those kind of jobs are done off-season so we are looking forward to completion before 2025 season.
We still have some good dates available in August and Thunder on the Strip is still available— for about another few days then I will take it live on Airbnb. Book direct and save fees. 💰Call text or message 330-207-9259
