u and your family to a relaxing getaway. As you enter the home you will be welcomed by the open country kitchen/dining room area. The kitchen offers tile counter tops, all new stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, and a lake view that will entice conversations while you prepare your meals. Through the kitchen you’ll find a spacious living area where you’ll gain access to a beautiful outdoor deck with spectacular lake views and natural surroundings. With comfortable sleeping for up to 14 guests, each of the 7 bedrooms has new bedding and soothing decor. The expansive layout of this 2,376 square foot house allows for lots of space for enjoying time together, as well as the separate feel for multiple family gatherings (or when you want just want some privacy away from the kids). Two of the bedrooms offer lake views from a plush king sized bed, and the largest bedroom has a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly nights. The main bathroom comes equipped with a built in whirlpool bath tub for your relaxing pleasure. Sip on a glass of wine and soak all your troubles away! Lake Orchard View faces east so you will be able to enjoy the morning sunrise with a hot cup of coffee. In the afternoon take advantage of Seneca Lake and cool down by enjoying a dip into the serene bay. The natural cove formation allows calmer waters throughout the year, and in turn, good swimming conditions. Seneca Lake boasts itself as the “Lake Trout capital of the world!” – so when you drop a fishing line off the dock largemouth bass, trout, perch and northern pike are plentiful. The calm waters of Glass Factory Bay make for the perfect spot to paddle out and enjoy some time on the lake. Relax and indulge in a glass of wine, as White Springs Winery is directly across the street! If wine isn’t your flavor, a short walk up the hill will take you to the new brew house overlooking Lake Orchard View and Seneca Lake. There’s plenty of outdoor space for a game of football, picking apples, peaches or cherries from the orchard, chasing fireflies in the evening, or cooking s'mores around the fire pit. Lake Orchard View is conveniently located directly on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Nearby you’ll not only find White Springs Winey, but Belhurst Castle, Geneva on the Lake, Hobart William Smith and many additional services are readily available. Be sure to visit the Seneca Lake Golf Course which is only 2 miles from this home. Lake Orchard View is a 5 minute drive into the city of Geneva. This home is in a residential section of town with many other high end homes. This updated ranch style home has two levels and is built on an oversized 2 acre lot that offers guests an uncommonly high level of privacy and abundant outdoor space. The Finger Lakes Railway runs north and south on the entire west side of Seneca Lake offering scenic excursions. The railway runs between the Lake Orchard View and to the path to the beach, and if you’re lucky you may have the opportunity to wave to the conductor as the train slowly rolls by a few times a day.
