TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY

Last Monday we posted the zoomed in photo (1st photo) for Mysterious Monday, and now it is time to reveal last week's New York State product.

We had a correct guess last week, it was Dilly Girl from Muranda Cheese Company! A staff favorite here at the Finger Lakes Welcome Center, a sharp cheddar with fresh locally homegrown dill week and roasted garlic fills ones mouth with flavor each and every bite. Pairs well with any full bodied Finger Lakes red wine and great on fish.

We had many correct answers last week, sesame bagels from Orwashers !

Orwashers was found in 1916 in the Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan.
Coming to the states from Hungary, the family built their bakery focusing on the high quality rye, black and grain breads from their homeland. While the company has grown since their beginnings, the same values remain: handmade classic breads that are made fresh every day.
