The weather was just right for a boat ride across Winyah Bay to North Island.

Thursday was a mild, low humidity day and boy did we enjoy the trip across the bay and on North Island.
No Dolphins but we did see some Cormorants, Ospreys and a lone Bald Eagle.
All passengers had a great time and also got to see a young ‘Gator after we returned.
In other words, it was a good trip!

You know it’s going to be a great day when two pods of Dolphins show up before reaching North Island.
It was a great trip with wonderful people and everyone left with lifetime memories of their time with Lowcountry Tours.

Rachel, one of our passengers on Wednesday's trip, captured this Bald Eagle with a freshly caught Mullet. As you can see, we interrupted his supper time so he changed it to a to go and took it home. We thank you Rachel for sharing your video!

Monday was wildlife day on Winyah Bay! Numerous Bald Eagles, a sunning gator and a Fox swimming to South Island. Throw in some good weather and great shelling for added attractions.
