Just remember this…me and and started out as home brewers. And we work with hundreds of pro brewers who all started out their careers in their garage, basement or dorm room. When we started out learning how to make malt in 2013 we “googled” and “YouTubed” as much information as we could. We were the new kids on the block. We didn’t have centuries of malting tradition behind us but we did and still do have the eagerness to learn and the eye of the tiger to work hard and make the best malt.
