A day that starts with Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind and end with Soarin’ next to a brand new, just tall enough riding for the first time kid is a win!! Todays new activity was eating at La Craperie de Paris. What will Day 2 bring? Any guesses what new thing we will be trying tomorrow?

One thing I love about Disney: luggage drop off! We have been in Orlando for less than an hour. Our driver picked us up and dropped us at our resort. Our room is not ready, but we are on our way to the park!

✨Free self-parking for guests staying at WDW resorts effective 1-10
✨WDW Annual Passholders will no longer need a park pass reservation if they enter the parks after 2:00 pm (except for on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom)
✨Attraction photo downloads will be included with Genie+ (date TBD)
✨Disneyland park hopping will begin at 11:00 am starting 2/4
✨Disneyland attraction photos will be complimentary for all guests beginning 2/4 lasting through the 100 year celebration

New bands are arriving! 🎉🎉🎉

MagicBand+ is launching July 27 at Walt Disney World Resort!
At Walt Disney World, MagicBand+ can do everything a MagicBand can do and more – from entering theme parks with a tap* and connecting guests’ Disney PhotoPass memories, to unlocking Disney Resort hotel rooms and more.
MagicBand+ also has great new features, including color-changing lights, haptic vibrations and gesture recognition – plus it pairs to a smartphone using the My Disney Experience app. Once MagicBand+ launches, guests can pick the perfect band from more than 25 designs and enjoy several new experiences available at launch.

I will get to test these out in less than a month!

How do you keep your Disney souvenirs? I put my ears on top of my mirror with all my magic bands hanging off them. We have a shelving unit in the hall where we have a lot of our keepsakes and our Christmas tree is fully decorated in Disney ornaments. How about you?

Did you know you can reserve a time to go through TSA at MCO? I was even able to chang wit this morning when I learned my flight was delayed! I’m about to walk through the actual security with 3 people in front of me. The lines on either side of me are about 50 people deep!

The answer to my first big purchase this trip: $191.87 (guess by Heather) for a spirit jersey and ears in a terrific new color and a non-dangly bead for my pandora bracelet (it has fireworks and “2022” on it). (Guessed by Dawn). Great job and don’t forget to PM me your address so I can mail you your prize!
