Fireworks Over Magic Kingdom Park

“Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky” will light up the nighttime sky over Magic Kingdom Park with a booming nighttime spectacular.

A simultaneous fireworks display over nearby Seven Seas Lagoon creates an unforgettable experience for Guests in the park and nearby Magic Kingdom Resort Area hotels. This special fireworks show will take place July 3 and July 4 at 9:20 p.m.

Be inspired by Veterans Portraits in The American Adventure at EPCOT

Portraits of Courage: A Commander in Chief’s Tribute to America’s Warriors is a special exhibit from the George W. Bush Institute that debuted June 9 at EPCOT.

Reflecting President Bush’s personal commitment to military veterans and ongoing work of the Bush Institute’s Veteran and Military Families Program, this extraordinary art exhibit brings together more than 60 vibrant oil paintings by President Bush of service members and veterans who have served in military uniform with honor since 9/11 and whom the President has come to know personally since leaving office.

Party at Magic Kingdom Park

At Magic Kingdom, guests can dance the night away with DJs mixing tunes at a dance party in front of Cinderella Castle and throughout the park during extended park hours: July 3, 8 a.m.-midnight; July 4, 8 a.m.-1 a.m.

Select Disney Resort hotels get into the red, white and blue spirit with classic summertime fun, from surprise character appearances, campfires, sing-alongs and marshmallow roasts to Movies Under the Stars and children’s activities. Or guests can just enjoy an afternoon poolside or a leisurely boating excursion on sparkling lakes and waterways.

Since the Magic Kingdom opened in 1971, the daily Flag Retreat ceremony has retired the American flag for the night in a celebratory tribute to U.S. Veterans. Veterans often participate in the ceremony, receiving warm recognition for their service and sacrifice.

See History in Liberty Square

Set in the Revolutionary War era, Liberty Square pays tribute to daily life in the original thirteen colonies. Guests can get up close to an authentic replica of the Liberty Bell and meet all 45 different Presidents of the United States in a stirring show tracing the nation’s history inside the Hall of Presidents. What’s Coming to Disneyland in 2024, and some highlights!!🌟

Guests of all ages have so much to look forward to in 2024, no matter when they plan to visit. From the resort-wide Pixar Fest celebration to favorite festivals like the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, the return of “Fantasmic!” and much more, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Plus, we’re investing in the development of even more guest experiences coming to Disneyland Resort, with Pixar Place Hotel opening Jan. 30; the upcoming attraction, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure; and the continued transformation of the Downtown Disney District.

✨Pixar Fest returns to the Disneyland Resort from April 26 through Aug. 4, 2024-Disneyland park, the emotional “Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular” returns with some all-new scenes. Hollywood Studios 🌟- Later half the day (kids come for the Disney Junior/Shows and leave in afternoon)

Based upon average wait times over the course of the entire year, Fridays and Sundays are objectively the best days to do Disneyland and DCA, followed closely by Thursdays and Saturdays.

Fun fact!!✨✨✨✨✨Throwback addition!

I did not grow up going to Disney😫. This is my first time pictured, I am the one in the Daisy hat!

After this I had only been 1 other time til I was 18, and went to Disneyland every year after that! I didn’t even go to Walt Disney World til I was 29 and had kids…..so crazy!!

So why has it been such a passion?! Well exactly that. Disney was always my favorite, but never really having gone to the parks, I felt like I missed so much! They are my happy place! I know the difficulties of navigating them with, and without kids! I know that if I can contribute a small part to your vacations making them a little less stressful, that is my WHY!!

World Celebration Gardens, ‘Walt the Dreamer’ Debut Dec. 5 at EPCOT🏰🌎

In celebration of Walt Disney’s birthday on December 5th, guests visiting EPCOT will be able to visit Dreamers Point in the newly-opened World Celebration neighborhood and see our company’s original dreamer in a completely new light. Everyone is invited to imagine alongside Walt himself and look out over World Celebration Gardens together.🎁

This new statue, entitled “Walt the Dreamer”, represents Walt later in his life when he was dreaming up the overall Florida Project and the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. He sits with a sense of fulfillment, enjoying the beauty of his realized dream: a park that represents pure optimism and truly celebrates the magic of possibility.

This new statue of Walt is one of many areas to visit as a part of World Celebration Gardens where guests will be able to relax, unwind, and connect — to EPCOT, to nature and to each other. Each of the gardens found in the center of World Celebration, including Dreamers Point, will connect back to the areas surrounding them, drawing on the architectural legacy of EPCOT, modern lighting elements and a variety of natural textures.

Dreamers Point is named not only for the dreamer that has and continues to inspire us, but also all of us who visit EPCOT every day to celebrate the endless potential and possibility of our world.
