We're coming right along with the Reno! We ended up gutting most of the bathroom, but it will be so much better when its finished. We've got most of the vinyl plank floor done and all the appliances installed. We'll open it up for rentals in a couple of weeks. We'll offer full week or weekend rentals till June 1. Full week rentals from June 1 to Sept. 1!

Cabinets are stripped and painted. New vinyl plank floor is in in the kitchen and living room. We're getting there!

Photos of before Reno. There was a hole in the wall for the cable box. The cabinets and hinges were painted poorly. The floor was not installed well, big empty spaces around the edges of the room. The barn doors were too big and didn't fit the big opening to the bedroom. They painted around all the pictures on the wall. 🙄

Last month Mike and I have purchased this cute vacation property on the lake. We love the resort, the 2 pools and the private beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. We also love that there is so much to do in the area year round! The unit needed a lot of work. We are doing all the renovations outselves. This is how the unit looked when we first bought it. We hope to begin renting it Feb.1. And so the journey begins...
