Baker Splitfest 2025 was a total success! With the deepest splitfest conditions we’ve ever experienced. GEX provided 48 spots for free clinics and tours while the event raised a ton of money for ! Total success!

Hey All,
It's that time of year as Baker Splitfest is coming up on March 14-16 2025! Once again Guided Exposure will be hosting clinics and guided tours.

Spaces are limited and we will open up enrollment starting on Thursday February 20. This requires a $50 deposit that is refundable after participation in your clinic or tour. If a person doesn't show or their space is left vacant the deposit is forfeited. This helps to ensure enrollees attend their clinics and everyone can participate that is interested. Last year we filled 48 spaces over 2 days!

Terrain Photo Catalog: High pressure is winding down and precipitation is on the horizon. Freezing levels will continue to rise with the onset of precip before falling over the weekend. We’ve had an amazing couple weeks of riding with mostly stable weather & Avalanche conditions. Things are about to change.

1 change to track are common rock slabs that create Glide Avalanches. In the Bagley Lakes Cirque there are common areas that produce glides. These zones have a snowpack thick enough to cling on the slabs but thin enough to release with weakening from rising temps and rain.

While these photos are just a select few from Monday Dec 2 many other glide paths exist. Take the time to create a terrain photo catalog, track the weather, and observe the changes.
