It is sited on nearly an acre of land with views of treetops, Sonoma Mountain, and Sonoma Creek. All living space is on a single level, which opens out to a 1500-square-foot deck with areas to lounge, a teak dining table for 10, a gas BBQ, and southern exposure for all-day sunshine (most of the time). The deck is a perfect place to enjoy a glass of rosé and read a good book (there's a PS3 inside if that's not your thing). There is plenty of parking, for up to five cars. A favorite feature is the outdoor lighted and covered game room, complete with a pool table, ping pong, and darts. Olive Glen is about half a mile from fine dining options in Glen Ellen proper, including the acclaimed Glen Ellen Star, Jack London Saloon, The Fig Cafe and Wine Bar, and the Glen Ellen Inn. There are dozens of vineyards, wineries, and wine-tasting rooms nearby, several within walking distance. The area is also perfect for hiking, biking, photography, and relaxing.
