Hey Friends! We wanted to tell you guys first- & will be hitting the market in the coming weeks! 😢 is & always will be my first baby, my pride & joy! I was lucky enough to purchase it at 28 years old, & I put my heart into her! When my neighbor approached me about D4 hitting the market, I said hell yeah! The more families & friends we can host was a dream for me- we wanted everyone to have the most special & relaxed vacations! I didn’t know when I agreed to buy D4 that I was pregnant- didn’t know until the morning of our closing! It’s been a challenge to manage these two rentals, plus & be a present mom for my 2 kids! (plus my other two jobs, my travel agency business , our pool rental on & now our new side gig renting baby gear on ). I’m simply over my head 🥲

D5 will hit the market this week, & D4 will shortly follow. Please PM me if there is any interest ~ I have done my best to keep these properties in excellent, updated, move in ready condition~ they also make excellent rentals or 2nd homes! & I can make lots of references for cleaners, maintenance, & even creative lenders ;-)

If you’ve read this far, I love you. & Don’t worry, we hope to buy another home in the area- but this time- just one 😅so stay tuned for our next adventure! 🐕
