Love it when our clients visit to pick up their barrels. Vince from Waters Distillery had a beautiful autumn day to drive over from CT to load up some really special barrels...the last set of 10 gallon barrels produced with 8 yr air dried AWO! Looking forward to the flavors they will impart. Cheers 🥃

Made our way to RevSpirits to visit with Phil and enjoy cocktails 🥃 made with Thirteenth Moon spirits distilled from the honey from their beehives and gracefully aged in ADK Barrels. It was a perfect day in Schoharie County, beautiful views of the valley from The Bee Yard!

We stopped at Middle Brook Mill at 170 Main in nearby Jefferson, NY, for a loaf of fresh baked organic bread and a delicious berry pie 🥧 😋. Capped off the day in the serene setting of Mill Pond Inn with a wood-fired pizza al fresco on the deck. Special thanks to Innkeepers David Savatteri and Joan Powers for the tour and history of the inn. You've created a beautiful destination!

Upstate summer weekends are made for exploring! We are so fortunate to have amazing clients throughout NY. Last weekend we set out for the Capital Region and Hudson Valley to visit a few customer destinations.

1st stop was Yesfolk Tonics in Troy. Adam and team have created a delightful urban oasis 🪴 with a great selection of kombucha on tap! The barrel room tingled the nose with pungent notes from the fermentation process.

Stop 2, Cooper's Daughter Spirits at Olde York Farm in Claverack. Congrats to Sofie and Rory on the birth of their baby girl! Joe checked out the barrel house, and we devoured the best Mexican street corn 🌽fresh prepped by the day's food truck and cocktails, of course.

Lastly, we enjoyed a beautiful drive over to Hillrock Estate Distillery in Ancram. Stunning views of the estate. We were in luck to find owner Jeff Baker on-site helping his team with tastings and tours. Jeff treated us to a few tastings by theif, straight from the barrel! Salute 🥃to their dedication to patience and perfection from grain to glass!

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the company and the 1st anniversary of our relocation to the new facility at the campus in Glenville, NY. 🥃CHEERS! NEW ‘GRAIN AND GLASS’ NATURE TRAIL IN WEST GLENVILLE TO OPEN THURSDAY, AUGUST 1st

is thrilled to announce the grand opening of the new Grain and Glass Trail in West Glenville, NY this Thursday, August 1 at 4 p.m. The new trail is a collaborative effort between and Distilling linking the two properties and Adirondack Barrel Cooperage with a stunning mile-long loop through surrounding woods filled with natural beauty.

The Grain and Glass Trail will also connect with a larger network of nearly 5k in trails throughout the area for public hiking, nature walks, along with snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the winter.

They enjoyed a craft cocktail, barrel talk with Joe, founder of , and the story of Randall's adventurous ancestors, the namesake of . Harvest Hosts RV Camping is such a wonderful program. Great people enjoying great local experiences!

Great visit with Brian and Penny Mulder at in Arkville this weekend. Stopped in to say Cheers 🥃 to Brian for earning the honor of being named Master Distiller on .official.moonshiners! His maple ginseng moonshine took top honors! Joe and Brian tasted some of Brian's maple whiskey and rye whiskey that's been aging in ADK Barrels for four years. Incredible complexity, wonderful spice notes, sooo smooth, sooo good!
