🇸🇪 🎳 🇩🇰 S/O to the 2024 Augustana College Women's Bowling team!

They just arrived home from having the time of their lives in Copenhagen and Stockholm. The girls got to bowl against Sweden's national team in a 2-day exhibition, went on some incredible historic walking tours, spent the day kayaking in the canals, ate the best ice cream, and made memories that will last a lifetime!

An amazing level of consistency at the top level, big congrats to who tonight became the joint-second most decorated player at Club, joining the legendary Billy McNeill on 23 major honors.

A throwback below to 20 years ago, a very young James Forrest in action v’s our visiting U13 boys team from the ODP team 🇺🇸 at Barrowfield in Glasgow. Not sure he’s changed much since then. A top, top player and congrats again.

A special big thank you also to old team-mate Brian Meehan who’s always been a great help with games v’s Celtic through the years 🙏

Arrivederci, Italy! 🇮🇹

The Nordic Soccer 2009G & 2010G teams arrived home after nine fun filled days in Milan and Turin! On tour they got to see professional matches, checked out some cool stadiums, played three friendly matches, participated in professional coaching clinics, had a guided tour around Milan and Turin, took a boat cruise on Lake Como, and the best part, made life-changing moments with their teammates.

We had the best time adventuring Spain with Michigan Jaguars FC! 🇪🇸 ⚽

"The boys went to Tarragona for the day for a walk around the town and explored the Roman walls and amphitheater. After a beautiful day in the city they travelled to play their games vs CF Juventud 25 de Septiembre. The girls explored Barcelona walking La Ramblas and visiting Parc Guell. Over Spring Break, the Michigan Tigers FC came with us to Spain! 🇪🇸 ⚽

"On the trip our players, families and coaches were able to explore Barcelona and Madrid across a 9 day period! They were able to visit many famous landmarks, including Camp Nou, the Olympic Stadium, Sagrada Família and Bernabeu! They also managed to take in a La Liga match at Estadio Coliseum when Getafe took on Sevilla!

On the field our players had the opportunity to play a number of games against local and other touring teams. The highlight of these games being our 2008/09 Girls winning a mini tournament! As well as the games they were also able to take part in a couple of practices ran by the Academy staff of RCD Espanyol and Athletico Madrid!

This was a Fantastic experience for our Players, Families and Coaches and we cannot wait to do another tour with WorldStrides in the future!" -
