Hello, my name is Ewa Sanders and I live in beautiful Glorieta, NM, a 20 min scenic drive to Santa Fe. Pete and I have recently finished remodeling the older part of our house and we converted it into a sweet, private suite that can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. We listed it with AirBnB and VRBO and we are already seeing a lot of interest. We thought that we could use this page as a great way

to inform people how many fun activities are happening in the Santa Fe area, in the Pecos Hight Country and anywhere close to Glorieta. Sure, anybody could google those things, but we hope to add our personal touch and experience. We live here, shop here, hike and ski here. We hope ya'll will like our posts and share them with others!

The Next American Ski Towns

We have skied Santa Fe and Taos for 25 years now. It takes 1 hr 15 min to get from Glorieta to SF Ski Area.

Traditional ski towns are no longer affordable options for most skiers-these satellite ski communities are the new dream.

Galisteo Basin Preserve - A Stewardship Community in Santa Fe, New Mexico

The Galisteo Basin Preserve is a conservation-based community development located 14 miles south of Santa Fe, New Mexico. The preserve is a place of sculpted arroyos, craggy sandstone formations and vast savannah grasslands. It is also place of refuge and sustenance for wildlife and people.

Visit New Mexico

There is something to be said about visiting New Mexico in the fall. Not too many people, still gorgeous weather and new traditions to learn!
