Literally “hung the shingle” on the Pirogue House in the Cajun Village. We are now booking Cajun T-Pot Jambalaya Parties for team building, office parties, client outings, girls/boys nights out, management team meetings, etc. . . We will do our best to help you “pass a good time” with a lil different experience. We can even design lagniappe “add on” experiences (team building, personality types, leadership, process improvement, etc.) as per your request. Call me to book your event and tell your friends!!!

These Pralines are real good and soooo easy to bake. Kime makes them all the time in honor of her dad (Rudy) and they are always a hit!!!!

Proud of the Pirogue Adventures team. This morning they “passed a good time” with our guests from the American Cruiselines - the American Heritage and the American Serenade. Everybody cooked their “personal best” T-Pot Jambalaya. The hot beignets from The Coffee House with our freshly brewed T-Pot Cajun Cowboy coffee topped off an awesome experience at the Cajun Village. Thanks Cody, Anna, and Mark!!

I tested our T-Pot Jambalaya recipe in the Mini Pot Jambalaya Cookoff at the Jambalaya Festival and got 4th place with 32 others in the men’s division. . . There were 36 entries in the competition and there were 3 other divisions (women, juniors, and kids). It was very different and a challenge to cook on an open fire. Everybody passed a good time and it was nice to see families spending time together and enjoying our Cajun culture! Good clean fun!!

We passed a good time at the Cajun Village and The Coffee Shop in Sorrento, LA. Our record breaking number of guests (28) from Scotland, Idao, California, Indiana, New Mexico, Utah, and New York had a blast cooking up their very own T-Pot Jambalaya and Creamy Corn Maque Choux. Thanks to my friend David Carter with Great River Outdoors and American Cruiselines for helping to bring to fruition a great Cajun culinary experience for our guest. And thanks to my life long friend, Andrea Marie Landry-Delatte for bringing her awesome sing-along entertainment to the table!! “Jambalaya crawfish pie file gumbo. . .

We passed a good time this morning with an awesome group of guests from Florida, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Maryland, Wyoming, Texas and Canada. I appreciate our Pirogue Adventures Team for bringing their A game to the Cajun Village. The sing along was so much fun!!

Passing a good time with Boudreaux, Thibodeaux, and a guest appearance from Clotile at da Cajun Village in Sorrento. Everybody’s ti pot Jambalaya came out ca c’est bon and the lagniappe creamy corn maque choux starting wit a roux was real good. We had good folks from all over da place, even Canada!!
