🕐 THE LUKEVILLE BORDER IS OPEN.
from 6am to 8pm, every day and every Friday beginning in March 2024 through September it will be Open from 6am to 10pm.
✍️Starting Oct. 1st, 2024 Border hours are 6am-8pm everyday.
🕳 The Coastal Hwy (Hwy to El Golfo) has been repaired but there is sand on the road, we advise you to drive carefully and drive during the day.
Alternative route - Hwy 2 from San Luis to Sonoyta
🟢 When traveling to/from PP we advise you to have plenty of drinking water/refreshments, and snacks as weekends and holidays are super busy and there are long lines at the border...also check your vehicle for mechanical reasons and things not allowed into Mexico.
🚗 Check traffic updates on Google Traffic, If you need transportation give Head Out To Rocky Point Shuttle Service a call, they are the best!

👀PLEASE REMEMBER TO DRIVE "VERY SLOWLY THROUGH SONOYTA. SPEED LIMIT IS 40KM (25 MPH); in some areas, it drops to 20KM (12 MPH). Watch for the posted signs! Note: Sonoyta is another city, if you are fined in Sonoyta please pay at the Sonoyta Police Station.
🚦 Speed limits in Peñasco for the main Blvd. are between 40 and 60 KM, please drive carefully, and make full stops at stop signs.
🚑🚒911 is for Emergencies here in Mexico, including Red Cross/Fire Dept./Police
