Have spent a couple days in Cappadochia in central Turkey following my conference in Tel Aviv. Have enjoyed exploring this unique destination with its centuries of history and unique geography. This morning I took a sunrise hot air balloon ride to see it from above.

These are pictures from Tricia's trip to Dubai this spring...in downtown Dubai the famous downtown Burj al Arab Sailboat hotel, the Burj Khalifa structure which is currently the highest in the world and the local ferry transport from downtown to the gold and spice markets across the canal.

Tricia took these pics at Cape Sounion in Attica Greece earlier this year. Cape Sounion is about half an hour south of Athens and has beautiful views of the sea. This is the site of a temple dedicated to Poseidon, god of the sea. Mythology tells us that Poseidon and Athena, goddess of love, vied for control of Attica centuries ago. The site of a temple dedicated to Athena is also located on this peninsula

Where in the world is Tricia? Just finishing my cruisetour to Alaska - started in Vancouver where we spent a full day exploring city on hop on hop off bus. One of our stops was at Totem Pole section of Stanley Park where we saw and learned the stories of these amazing totems.

Where in the world is Tricia? Approaching the Greek island of Hydra (pronounced Fee-dra) on a day trip from Athens. Many consider Hydra to be the most beautiful of the Greek islands because of its rustic beauty, stone mansions, elegant monasteries, and cobblestoned streets all built on a hill overlooking deep and clear water.
