We are OPENING!

Join us for the The Roadhouse at River Pines Grand Opening tomorrow, Wednesday December 4th. We will open at 5 and seat the last guests around 8:45.

Reservations are recommended, but not required and as always, space is limited. If you can’t make it tomorrow or our restaurant is packed to the brim, don’t worry, we will be open all week long. If you call to reserve and leave a message, we WILL call to confirm. If you have not received a confirmation call and time, you do not have a reservation. We do accept walk-ins and recommend reservations, call 530-836-8099 to request a reservation.

Our current schedule is planned at Wednesday-Sunday, opening at 5pm and seating our last tables at 8:45. We will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays. However, this is subject to change as we see local demand and what works for our restaurant.

If you want to see the menu, come on in! We will not be releasing it ahead of time and we want you guys to come in to check out our lovely food and bar. We will not be doing take out orders for the time being as we launch the resturaunt, but will update the community when we are equipped to handle that volume of service. For the time being, we are serving dinner only… but stay tuned as we roll out longer hours come spring/summer😉

We are so grateful to our small community for their excitement and cannot WAIT to see you all this week.

We tasted whiskey, munched on apps and laughed a whoooole lot…🥃

The soft open event for The Roadhouse at River Pines was a HUGE success! So many locals showed up for us yesterday to see what we were about and we are so thankful you guys did. We got to serve some amazing people and hear some great feedback on the Roadhouse, and are thrilled to launch our GRAND OPENING this coming Wednesday December 4th (more info on that in the coming days).

A HUGE shoutout to our Beverage Director and Roadhouse Events Coordinator Paul Martin for getting this event rockin’ and roll in’ and Head Chef Mike Gallup for serving some amazing food and getting our resturaunt moving. These guys have worked HARD with the rest of our staff here at the Roadhouse the past few weeks to bring the community this resturaunt as quickly as we could while still maintaining the highest level of quality and service we can provide. We cannot wait to see you guys soon, and check back the next few days for information on our Grand Opening!

Hello everyone!

We are so thrilled about the response to our soft opening and are filling up QUICKLY, so make sure that you guys get your tickets as soon as possible. We have just a few spots for the 5 o'clock seating left and about twenty spots for the 7:30 seating left!

We could not be more appreciative of all of you and look forward to seeing you for some whiskey and appetizers at our soft open on November 29th, and our grand opening the week after! We are focused on putting out information on the soft open at this moment, but more information on our grand opening (our full menu, hours, reservations, etc.) will be coming within the next week and a half. One step at a time folks!

We are loving the enthusiasm on our soft open!!! There’s nothing better than seeing the excitement of our guests over this new endeavor.

That said, we wanted to get ahead of any possible misconceptions about our new spot.

The Roadhouse is a family oriented restaurant with many options available for our community. The synthesizing of this restaurant has strived to be an affordable place where couples, families, and friends can come and enjoy our food and drink. That said, we wanted this soft-open event to be a fun way to invite adults for a night out to preview the resturaunt and enjoy a calm night after Thanksgiving craziness! This is also a way for us to gauge that first open and make sure we provide a great first experience for our guests.

The Roadhouse WILL feature a very full and exciting food menu, as well as bar. (Not just whiskey and appetizers, as mentioned above. This soft open is an event.) If you are not a whiskey lover and would rather wait to come in for the full open, we would love nothing more than to have you and any family and friends for our full open on the week of December 4th!

Tickets are $75 including taxes and gratuity.

We invite to come join us for a flight of 4 whiskeys, a craft cocktail, and an appetizer combo plate to preview the newest addition to your local dining lineup. Tickets and space are limited, with two seatings of 50 guests at 5pm and 7:30pm.

We will open our full dining experience the following Wednesday, December 4th. Hours and more information to follow.

With our first dusting for snow, we thought it was fitting to release our winter stay discounts! As some of you may already know WE ARE OPEN THROUGH WINTER 2024-25.

We just can’t get enough of our guests, so we decided to remain open through the winter for all of you snowmobiling, holiday visiting, backcountry skiing snow lovers (and anyone else who needs a warm place to stay).

With that we decided to offer a discount as a thank you for keeping us going through the cold months.

In addition, our resturaunt will be opening soon and will remain open through the winter.

Room rates are shown above, and any guests with more questions or groups who want to inquire about group rates can call at 530-836-2552.

These discounts will apply through March of 2025.

Due to the uncertainty of weather this side of the Sierras, we are flexible on cancellation policies due to unsafe travelling conditions. Just give us a call if this presents as an issue at the time of your stay.

Hello local community!

We just wanted to give a shout and make clear that this account, our business River Pines Resort account, is our only active business account on Facebook. We also have an active account on Instagram with the same name linked below. Here we'll continue to post local events, resort updates and...information on the opening of our restaurant!

We know there has been a lot of local buzz about this endeavor, and we are over the moon about the enthusiasm. We hope the hard work and dedication into making this a reality is shown as we bring something new to the table for our community.

This account, our website, and our Instagram are the ONLY places where accurate information on the opening and operation of the restaurant will be posted.
