If you are considering Greece in 2026, you may want to reserve now before there are no vacancies. I was able to secure private tours for only Holly's Tours travelers for the one to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Prague and for England, Scotland, and Ireland. However, the one to Greece is currently open to anyone from anywhere! There are 8 people going with Holly's Tours and this tour only takes 25 people due to the smaller boutique-style hotels.
This isn't until May 9th, 2026, but if you reserve now, you will lock in current pricing and have a lot of time to pay for or save for it!

We will see over 100 points of interest during our guided trolley tour of Savannah and then we'll have free time to go back and visit some! One is Madison Square.
Named after the fourth president of the United States, James Madison, Madison Square is surrounded by some of the most important buildings in the city. At the heart of the square is St. John’s Episcopal Church, founded in 1840 to help increase the Episcopal presence in Georgia. A short walk from the center of the square is the Sorrel-Weed House, built by Charles Cluskey between 1835 and 1840 and considered one of the finest examples of Greek Revival and Regency architecture. Also located in Madison Square is the Temple Mickve Israel, home to the third oldest Jewish congregation in America.

We will enjoy a visit to the Johnny Cash Museum during our vacation to Nashville this December. Johnny Cash, born in 1932 as John R. Cash in Kingsland, Arkansas, was one of seven children. After graduating high school and spending three years in the U.S. Air Force, he and his new bride, Vivian Liberto, settled in Memphis, Tennessee. His first release with his band, Tennessee Three, “Hey Porter” failed to chart but his follow up release cracked Billboards Top 20. Numerous chart singles followed, but his fourth chart single, “I Walk the Line,” proved to be his career song. The new star’s single leaped to Billboards number one position, staying on the charts for 43 weeks, ultimately selling over two million copies. Throughout the 50’s and 60’s, Cash continued producing remarkable chart topping records, “Don’t Take Your Guns to Town,” “I Got Stripes” and “Ring of Fire,” just to name a few. His grueling schedule, sometimes 300 shows a year, caused a struggle with his personal life though. His marriage with Vivian ended and ultimately struggled with a brief narcotics addiction. Cash recovered however, with the help of his singing partner and soon to be new wife, June Carter. In 1980, at age 48, Johnny Cash became the youngest living inductee into the Country Music Hall of Fame. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame then bestowed its honor on him in 95’, adding him to the small handful of country artists in both organizations

Included in our vacation to Savannah in February, is a show at the Savannah Theatre.
Opened in December 1818, this 200-year-old landmark is one of the oldest continually operating theaters in the entire country. The theater has survived several setbacks, including a hurricane in 1898 and fires in 1906 and 1948. After the 1948 fire, the newly renovated theater re-opened in 1950 as a movie theater outfitted in an art-deco style. Most recently restored in 2002 to install state of the art lighting and sound systems, today’s Savannah Theatre puts on a variety of musicals throughout the year. Over the years, famous actors and actresses including W.C. Fields, Lillian Russell, Otis Skinner, and Oscar Wilde have graced the stage and Edwin Booth, the brother of John Wilkes Booth, performed in a show here in February of 1876. Savannah Theatre is located across from the beautiful Chippewa Square in the historic section of downtown Savannah.
