Owners have upgraded the furniture in apartment. King size bed in Bedroom #1, Bedroom #2 has two sets of bunks beds with very comfortable mattresses (Twin/Full & Twin/Twin), pottery barn bedding. Kitchen with Granite countertops, snack bar & pub table. Living room has a beautiful Ethan Allen leather sectional. 3rd floor offers additional non confirming sleeping area with 3 queen size mattresses, dining table & dressers. All utilities including wifi included & 2 parking parking spots behind the home. Note: First floor is commercial space with a salon. No pets allowed. $1600/MO
