Our stay at the AirB&B Cabin was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we stepped inside, we were enchanted by its cozy ambiance. The cabin’s layout was just perfect for our family, providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind.

One of the highlights of our stay was the attention to detail in making the cabin childproof and kid-friendly.
As parents, this was a huge relief and allowed us to truly enjoy our time without worrying about safety hazards. The peace of mind it provided was priceless.

The views from both the living room and kitchen were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the serene surroundings was a true treat for the senses. It felt like a slice of paradise, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Our only regret is that our stay was not longer! We could have easily spent another week soaking in the tranquility of the cabin and its surroundings. Thank you to the hosts for providing such a wonderful retreat. We’re already planning

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. The house had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to bathroom items. The location is peaceful and not too far from the Dells. We would stay here again!

We were very happy with the cabin. The quiet of the surroundings was amazing. We loved sitting in the lawn chairs watching the geese land and take off on the water and sitting by the firepit at night. There are places to hike in several different directions. Here are the pros and cons of our stay: Pros: As mentioned, the peace and quiet The place was immaculately clean when we arrived The kitchen is stocked with great pots and pans and good knives, so cooking was easy (not true of all VRBOs!) The bathroom is very nice and so big you could throw a little party in it The dog bowl, baggies, and treats are a nice touch The bedside reading lamps are much appreciated (also rare in VRBOs) Smart TVs in every room, although we didn't need them Good WiFi and cell service Cons: (VERY minor) Be careful not to trip on the piece of wood in the doorsill (we did) Be careful not to whack your head on the metal awning of the carport if you try to walk through the wrong section (we did, repeatedly) The refrigerator door opens on the wrong side to be convenient (but it's a great refrigerator) If you are a wine drinker, bring your own glasses, because there are only mugs and tumblers That's it! DO stav here for a nice.

The year 1908 brought dramatic changes to the Wisconsin River and the Dells. After many attempts at harnessing the power of the river with smaller dams, a new high dam and hydroelectric power plant were built. The Kilbourn Dam split the river into two sections, the Upper Dells, where you stand today, and the Lower Dells. This meant large steamboats for tourists could no longer ply the entire stretch of the Dells. The dam also caused the river to rise 17 feet on the Upper Dells, concealing many of the scenic caverns and unique rock formations once captured by H.H. Bennett's camera. Bennett passionately objected to the dam's construction. The year it was built, he died.
