The time is fast approaching!
On Tuesday, September 5, we’re celebrating the wines of Modales, from nearby Fennville, Michigan! 🧡 🧡 🧡
The wines are set (swipe, swipe), and our chefs are putting the finishing touches on a very special menu (stay tuned!). 📯
We last hosted Modales + winemaker Andrew Backlin (aka ) in November of last year, hot on the heels of harvest. This year’s dinner is a celebration of that vintage (2022!) as we help kick off 2023! 🗓️
If you’ve been following Modales, you know that something very special is happening right here in our own backyard. If you’re new to Modales, save the date, and treat yourself to an unforgettable evening of scratch cooking, and the finest produce West Michigan has to offer. DID WE MENTION THIS DINNER IS (HEAVILY) VEGETARIAN?!*
The format is à la carte, with flexible reservation times. There will be 5 special dishes paired with 5 special wines, but feel free to dip in, dip out, and let us help you choose your own adventure (do the whole thing, or pick & choose your pleasures as you like!). 🪭
If a 🍔 is what you need, cue up the Cab Franc and quickly learn who’s making the finest red wines in Michigan. Yep, we said it.
