Team DC was in Traverse City this past weekend with Life Learn Animal Health! We organized three different offsite activities, dinner for the group at the Cathedral Barn, and all transportation logistics for the day.

Offsite activities were a huge success with a group going on a Wine Tour to Bry's Winery and Chateau Chantal, a Grand Traverse Experience with TC Kayak Bike and Brew, and the Tall Ship on West Bay! Attendees could choose which one they wanted to do and one of our staff was with each group the whole time! Take a peek at these photos and let us know in the comments which activity you'd choose 😉

Summer Celebration Dinner last week for Kawasaki at the Hydrangea Blu Barn! Despite the torrential downpour during set up, it was a beautiful sunny dinner for everyone in attendance. The evening was full of fun with caricature artists, trivia, mini golf, co****le, and even an outdoor axe-throwing trailer... don't worry it's safe and SUPER fun!

Kawasaki Summer Celebration last week at the Hydrangea Blu Barn! We love summer celebrations... especially after the rain passes and the sun starts shining! Jackie and Kathy did a great job creating a space for attendees to have a great time, and enjoy yummy food and different activities like trivia, mini golf, caricature artists, and even a mobile axe-throwing trailer... don't worry it's safe and super fun!

Priority HealthLIVE at GLC Live 20 Monroe 2024! We were thrilled to collaborate with Priority Health for their Q2 event last week, fostering an event brimming with learning opportunities, networking, and camaraderie.

Upon arrival, attendees were greeted by friendly faces eager to assist with check-in using our high-tech registration and badging solutions. Before the event, all participants received a QR code, streamlining the check-in process. They scanned their code, collected their freshly printed badge, slid it into a name badge holder, and dove into the event's offerings. Additionally, our team provided backstage production services for speakers, ensuring they knew where to go and when. With staff managing wayfinding, registration, coat check, and backstage logistics, we ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible.

Upon entering the event space, guests were welcomed with live rock music setting the tone for an engaging experience... plus who doesn't like live music?

Oh, and we can't forget about the merch... I mean how stylish are these hats?

Site Visit - Spokane, Washington!
Nestled in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, Spokane, Washington, emerges as an inviting gem for meetings, conferences, and events. Over the past weekend, our team journeyed to Saint Paul, Minnesota, with the Christian Reformed Church for the inaugural Gather event! Kathy, Bridget, and Jordan demonstrated exceptional skill in ensuring that all logistical aspects were meticulously handled.

On Day 1, Bridget welcomed attendees at the airport on Friday, directing them to their dedicated shuttles bound for the Intercontinental Riverfront. Meanwhile, Kathy and Jordan manned the registration table at the hotel, providing attendees with essential documents such as room keys, name badges, maps, and the weekend agenda, all while addressing any inquiries.

Throughout Day 2, the team offered comprehensive support, from organizing materials for table discussions to ensuring all culinary and beverage requirements were met, along with promptly addressing any unforeseen needs.

On Day 3, Kathy, Bridget, and Jordan efficiently managed luggage storage in the morning, coordinating transportation back to the airport post-meeting. Shuttle timings aligned with flight schedules, facilitating smooth transitions as attendees were guided to their shuttles by Bridget.

A huge shoutout to Kathy for being the lead on this! She KILLED it and everyone was so appreciative of her hard work and attention to detail!

The Gather event was a resounding success, and we eagerly anticipate the upcoming ones this fall!

Last week Thursday we were with Priority Health LIVE at the Filmore in Detroit. The Employer Solutions team from Priority Health showcased their top priorities for 2024 through speakers Dr. Elmouchi, Praveen Thadani, Rick Abbott, Tina Gabbara, and concluded the event with a captivating performance by Mark Toland - The Mentalist. Throughout the event, agents and internal employees had the opportunity to network, understand the new era arriving in healthcare for Michigan and embrace a new mission for the employers Priority Health serves.

Through the collaboration between our team and the Priority Health team, we were all able to work together and curate a successful event! We designed a registration website through Cvent and provided a seamless registration process. The event offered engaging speakers, delicious food, vendor management and strong onsite staff – Priority Health LIVE at the Fillmore was a major success! We look forward to partnering and supporting Priority Health more in the future!

Shoutout Kathy Scrace for leading this project - she rocked it out and helped to curate something memorable for all those in attendance! Great job Kathy👏🏼

On this lovely Team Tuesday, we have the one and only Jackie Stone, our Senior Meeting and Event Producer! Jackie is truly one of the hardest workers there is out there... from juggling three kids to her complex workload Jackie is someone we all look up to!

🏕️ Camping at National Parks is her family's go-to travel adventure... they do it all!

🧘🏼 She is always the calmest person on site. Seriously... if there's a crisis you can count on her to handle it with precision and ease.

📖 She LOVES books - if you can't tell we have some bookworms on our team but you can always find her getting more books from the local library... and she has amazing patience when on a several-month waitlist!

☕ Her go-to warm drink is a chai tea latte (with the occasional shot of espresso... sometimes we just need that extra boost of energy)

💻 She is the QUEEN of spreadsheets. The detail, information, and dedication she puts into her organization is something we should all take notes on!

⭐️ She is a star when it comes to her weekly trivia nights!! You’ll want her on your team no doubt!

First trip of 2024 is in the books!! Last week, Jackie was with BIFMA in Sarasota, Florida, at the exquisite Ritz Carlton. She skillfully designed and oversaw the registration website using Cvent, efficiently managed the room block via a passkey link, served as the primary liaison for onsite speakers, coordinated AV requirements, and meticulously supervised food and beverage arrangements, conducting daily banquet check reviews. We love Jackie and all she does for our clients! We can’t wait for the next one - stay tuned ✈️☀️

'Tis the season! The Acrisure Holiday party took place last Thursday, and witnessing the fruition of meticulous planning brought immense joy. The event provided an ideal setting for Grand Rapids employees to step out of the office and board a shuttle to Devos Place. There, they had a delightful experience featuring food, music, a captivating ice sculpture surrounded by a stylish wrap-around bar, and, of course, branded goodies! We always enjoy contributing to Acrisure's event success and eagerly anticipate future collaborations!
