We’ve all had experiences that have changed our life.

πΆβ„Žπ‘Žπ‘›π‘”π‘’π‘‘ π‘œπ‘’π‘Ÿ π‘€π‘œπ‘Ÿπ‘™π‘‘ 𝑣𝑖𝑒𝑀.

For myself and my wife, that moment was our first Virgin Voyages cruise in April of 2024.

I spent π‘€π‘’π‘’π‘˜π‘  researching what kind of vacation I could handle with the mobility issues I was facing during that time. We decided on an π‘Žπ‘‘π‘’π‘™π‘‘ π‘œπ‘›π‘™π‘¦ π‘π‘Ÿπ‘’π‘–π‘ π‘’ because, as much as we love our children, and other kids, we wanted a break from the noise they produce.

After we booked the cruise I spent even more time researching the π‘π‘œπ‘Ÿπ‘‘ π‘ π‘‘π‘œπ‘π‘  π‘Žπ‘›π‘‘ 𝑒π‘₯π‘π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘ π‘–π‘œπ‘› options. I read independent reviews from third party sites like Trip Advisor and Expedia, studied maps and poured over Reddit Threads. The number of hours I spent researching this cruise? Too many to count.

In the end it was an absolutely perfect experience. But not everyone was so lucky. Most people had work and didn’t have the time to research locations like I had. As soon as I returned home I set the intention to become a travel agent so I could help others have the kind of experience I just had. As a member of the we have to be aware of areas that are unsafe to travel. Accessibility concerns, dietary issues, special needs: these are all areas that I specialize in.
