Think of distillation as a purification process that leads to smoothness and a more well-rounded flavor. Our typical American whiskeys are distilled once, Scotches are usually distilled twice, and the smoothest and most well-rounded of all spirits at three times is Irish whiskey. Luckily for folks who enjoy truly great and premium whiskey, St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner, and now is the time to come in and check out our extensive Irish whiskey collection. If you're tired of the usual American bourbons and whiskeys, why not try an Irish and expand your horizons and diverge your palate to something unique, special, and, as most Irish folk would say.. better than the rest!
