πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ HONORING VETERANS | Highland Cemetery is the final resting place for hundreds of veterans dating back to the Civil War. Across the expansive and historic grounds of the cemetery, there are also gaps between headstones, indicating those who were laid to rest but never received a marker. One woman has made it her mission to properly identify these soldiers. Donna Winters turned into an investigator to make that happen.
