🌕💫Super Blue Moon Vibes Tonight💫🌕
Do you use the full moon to manifest and dream? It's not a secret to anyone that knows me, a little or a lot, that I do. Does it help? I believe it all comes into play...some sprinkles of letting my imagination run wild, a dash of sharing my dreams out loud, good old-fashioned hard work, and believing there is still " magic" in the air. Things fall into place just as they should, it may not always be what we wished for, it could be even better! Sometimes it takes time. Inside of me is still that little girl that looks up at the stars and talks to anyone that might be listening, picks up feathers and heart shaped rocks, thanks a dragonfly for appearing, and I close my eyes every time I blow out a candle to make a wish.

The full moon is a time to dream, especially this full moon. It is supercharged and primed to help you manifest your dreams. The moon and position of the planets (I love and study astrology too) is perfect for trusting your intuition, feeling optimistic, and drive to take bold action with clear thoughts and communication at play.

As you sit under this full moon energy, what are your dreams? Embrace the energy to feel into what brings you joy and ask for that. Write it down, share it with a friend/family member, or whisper it into the air. I do this often when I am on walks. Sending the energy out into the ethers is powerful!

P.S. If you have crystals don't forget to put them in the moonlight tonight to cleanse and charge. I like putting a glass of water out too. I whisper what I'm manifesting into it and then sip it in the morning. My daughter thinks it's funny. I do love the little things. :)

Such a beautiful day for outdoor yoga or enjoy shopping the vendors (I bought some mushroom honey full of health benefits), have a snack, lounge in the grass or listen to music, and unwind at the meditation tent. What an awesome festival! I can’t wait for next year.

It’s been 2 weeks since leaving this gorgeous beach. My heart is open and happy. Waking to the beautiful sunrise (left) and having the day ahead be full of infinite possibilities was dreamlike. Sitting in the glow of the sunset (right) with so much gratitude and making wishes for the days ahead was peaceful. All that happened in hours between was absolutely magical. 💫💜💫

Thank you to everyone that joined us in Mexico, those that wanted to come but couldn’t and to those dreaming to join a retreat. 🙏

I just got back from the Sedona ☀️ yoga retreat late Sunday night and my heart is SO full from witnessing the bonds these women (and myself) created. Deep conversations, laughter, hiking, yoga, exploring and nourishing meals together isn't just "what" we did. It was so much more. To see it happening and be a part of it is MAGIC!
