Continuing our journey through Portugal, we made a stop in Fatima, before we overnighted in Coimbra - a university town. We ate THE BEST Italian food (2 nights in a row)

The following day we took the train to Aveiro-the "Venice of Portugal"

After taking a gondola down the river, we went to the beach!

One thing about traveling.... you must take the good with the bad.

The 8 hour days traveling from city to city.

The lack of amenities that you're used to being readily available.

The tummy disagreements from the new different kinds of foods...😬

But always worth it.

Do yourself a favor and take the trip!
