Such a sharp contrast. Beauty of our area marked by the destruction of the storm that forever changed us all. Our hearts remained concerned for those who lost family and those who lost their homes and belongings.

We are safe and our cabins are relatively unharmed. Unfortunately, this is not true for so many others. These pictures are the river before the flash flooding and then the next day. You can see the power.
