We've been off to a slow start this year with more challenges than ever getting prices from our providers. That being said, all of our dates are set for 2025. Even without final prices, we are letting travelers hold a spot for the usual deposit amounts, $100 for an overnight trip and $50 for a day trip. Once final prices and details are released, should you wish to cancel, we will provide a full deposit refund. Deposits are nonrefundable once we are within a 60 day window of the trip departure. As always we will keep prices as low as possible. Redstone does not make profit on the trips but we do build in a modest donation to our charitable care programs as part of the cost of the trip.
We are expecting a lot of interest in the Western Adventure based on the number of info requests we have had. Spaces for this will be limited to 28 passengers, so don't let this one pass you by. All are welcome to join us on our trips, but most of our travelers, like our Redstone communities, are age 55 and better.
We did have to make one change to our tentative schedule, and that was the Cape Cod trip. We wanted to go in May but there just were not any busses available, so we had to push back until June. We realize this puts our Lancaster & Cape Cod trips close together, but there wasn't anything we could do about that. We hope some of you will want to do both, and that there is enough interest in each trip independently that we can fill both opportunities.
