Another bike we finished was Joe's beautiful white and chrome 2024 Road Glide. This one was completely torn down, polished up all of the chrome, gave the paint a full paint correction, treated the seat and backrest pad with Jax Wax Leather and Vinyl Ceramic, then coated all of the paint and chrome with DPC'S 3yr Ceramic. Another one we finished up at the old shop. Al's other bike that survived the tornado, his 2006 Nighttrain. This one got a full paint correction, including all 3 tins wet sanded, then polished up the chrome, treated the seat and backrest pad with Jax Wax Leather and Vinyl Ceramic, and finished it off with a coat of DPC's 3yr Ceramic on all of the paint and chrome. Another one we finished at the old shop: Al's 2019 Ultra Classic. She came in pretty dirty. Bugs from 2023 were still on her. She also survived a tornado and a ceiling collapsing on her this summer in Pleasant Hill. So we got her looking brand new again. We wet-sanded all of the parts, polished up all of that chrome, treated the seat, tourpak pad, etc, with Jax Wax Leather and Vinyl Ceramic, then coated all of the paint and chrome with DPC'S 3YR Ceramic. I have many bikes to post yet. Some from August, I believe. It's been a crazy, crazy last couple of months with construction on the new shop, moving, work, softball, just everyday life. A couple of weeks ago, I was in Wisconsin at @micalcustoms to do a few bikes before Daytona Bike Week. One bike I couldn't wait to do and have been waiting months to get my hands on was Anne's killer Softail that Mike built. There are so many details on this bike you don't see in pictures, it's crazy. I was first shown this bike as a rendering that Von Butch designed for Jake. Everything has been customized. This bike has a 26" custom powdered wheel with matching rear wheel from SMT, @Airephix killed it on the paint, custom swing arm from Joey Hensley at Backyard baggers, one of the best seats I've worked with from Sinister Seats, 107" motor, and the genius mind and talent of Mike to design some killer one off parts to make this build a one of a kind. And from what I'm told, it was a successful trip to Daytona with many awards being given to Anne, Jake, Mike, and their group. Some rats were even awarded. To say I'm proud of getting to put my hands on this bike is an understatement. I'm honored I was asked to go up there to do it. I gave this one a 2 step paint correction, polished up that beautiful purple powder, coated the leather with Jax Wax Leather and Vinyl Ceramic, then coated all of the paint and powder with DPC's Prime 6, six year coating. The gloss on this thing is insane. I just wish pictures showed it better. They don't do this bike any justice. Thank you Mike and Stacey for the hospitality staying at your house and letting me work on your beautiful bikes. Thank you, Jake, for letting me work on Anne's bike. We finished up Max's 2008 blue denim Street Glide. All of the chrome got polished up, the denim cleaned, the seat, tourpak pad, backrest pad, and the windshield pouch got a coat of Jax Wax Leather and Vinyl Ceramic, then finished the bike off with a coat of Jax Wax 5+yr 10H Graphene Ceramic on all of the paint and chrome. This denim paint will now be very easy to clean and has some protection. Ceramic is the only form of protection you can put on denim.
